The products are made / manufactured upon receipt of the order.
Most orders (over 90%) are usually shipped within 3-5 days, unless raw materials are out of stock.
The deadlines are given as an indication, in the sense that each product is printed and prepared individually.
All of my supplier’s textiles are printed and shipped from France. Shipments are made via Letter Followed or Colissimo.
I will confirm the receipt of your order by email (it is therefore essential to enter a valid email address!) And provide you with a tracking number.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your basket, depending on the number of products in your order. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

In accordance with the legislation in force, personalized items and printed on demand (without stock) generally do not allow you to retract.
However, if you bought the wrong size (too small or too large textile), contact me to find out about the exchange possibilities. I could be quite a gesture of goodwill in some cases. If you notice an anomaly upon receipt of your order (damaged item or error during preparation), the return and exchange costs are fully borne by the supplier. Contact me on the Contact page of the site https://blackprint.fr/contact/ and explain the problem to me, with photos. I will arrange for an arrangement to be accepted by my supplier and get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event of a return accepted by my supplier, you will receive a prepaid return label in order to return the damaged or incorrect product (s) to him.
blackprint.fr is in no way responsible for delays and other concerns resulting from the transport service. The User is informed that the delivery is made by an external service provider independent of the Site. The products are delivered to the address that was specified when ordering. This delay does not take into account the time required to prepare the order. When the delivery requires an appointment with the User or the Merchant’s customer, it is the carrier who is in charge of contacting the latter and who is responsible for the package after shipment. When the User orders several products at the same time, they may have different delivery times sent as follows: the package waits to be complete to be shipped. It is the User’s responsibility to inform themselves about their customer account on this Site, the progress of orders and any delays. In the event of a shipment delay, the User can contact the supplier. In the event of late delivery, the User may request compensation from the carrier, according to the latter’s terms. In all cases, once the product has been personalized, the Site cannot reimburse the product except in the cases mentioned above or in exceptional cases. The Site reminds that when the User or the Merchant’s customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is up to the User to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered.
